There are 2 ground floor rooms, both fully en-suite with bath and shower. Room 8 has walk-in large quad shower and separate bathtub and room 7 has a bath with handles and shower over bath.
These rooms have been awarded Disabled category 3.

The residents lounge, reception and dining room are on the ground floor. Access from the ground floor to the gardens and car park is 2 shallow steps.

Dogs can be accepted in both ground floor rooms, by prior arrangement and owners are responsible for ensuring dogs are well behaved and any damage caused will be mentioned to staff/owners and must be paid for. Also any dog dirt must be cleared away and disposed of by the dog owners immediately.
